Talkwalker prides itself on being easy to use and incredibly powerful but with so much data and so many ways of analysing it, it can take a bit of time to get to grips with every aspect of the tool. To help out, we’ve made a few tutorial videos on the things we think can really help you get the most out of your social data. From creating personalised theme clouds to get a more comprehensive understanding of online opinion about your brand or product, to making dashboards to give you a snapshot of all the information that is important to your business, these videos will help you find the insights you need.
You’ll find these tutorials in the Talkwalker Academy User Manual section. As we are constantly updating the tool based on our clients’ feedback, more videos will be coming soon to help you really get a handle on new features.
Here are a few examples of the areas that the Talkwalker tutorials cover:
Exporting Data: Talkwalker can provide countless insights through analysing social data but how can you share this with colleagues and clients? This tutorial video shows you all the basics for exporting insights and explains how to export the data in the format you want - so you can combine it with any other data you may have.
Creating a Source Panel: Sometimes you want to just know what the influential few are saying about your product but how can you filter out all the other voices? One way to do this is by creating a source panel so you only see data from the sources you care about. This tutorial shows you exactly what you need to do to set this up.
Creating Alerts: Online discussions take place 24 hours a day across the globe. Keeping track of every mention of your brand or product can be tough particularly if you have multiple brands and products to monitor. By setting up alerts you can be notified of new mentions and irregular activity and you can customise notifications so you receive them as frequently (or infrequently) as you want.
We hope you find these tutorials useful and if there are any other videos you’d like us to make, let us know in the comments below. Enjoy!
